Cappucino
Cappuccino is 35-40ml coffee and the rest of the cup filled with creamy frothed milk at around 60-65 degrees, and finally topped with chocolate sprinkles.
Long Black
Start with one third hot water in a cup then add a double shot of espresso. This will result in a strong, smooth coffee.
Macchiato
This is an espresso or long black stained with a dash of hot or cold milk. A teaspoon of milk for a short and a tablespoon for a long. Top with a little froth.
Vienna
A double pour of espresso served in a tall glass, topped with whipped cream and dusted with chocolate powder.
Flat White
35-40ml dose of Coffee, fill the cup with frothed milk at 60-65 degrees, holding back excess froth. The top should resemble a perfect texture of gold and white.
Espresso
One dose, 30ml-35ml of coffee served in a pre-heated small cup. The coffee surface should present a thick, golden crema.
Caffe Latte
Stain a cup of steamed milk with a single shot espresso, top with Frothed milk. The ratio of coffee to milk is less than a cappuccino resulting in a milder coffee.
Ristretto
A short pour of espresso 30-35ml from double shot of coffee.
