Café WerX can help your day be even more successful by providing a quality hot beverage solution equal or better to your local cafe. You can take advantage of our incentive plan, where you receive a % of every cup sold at your event.

If your organisation has an event coming up, call Café WerX to supply café quality coffee, tea, hot chocolates and cold drinks at your event. You will impress your guests with café-style beverages served fresh and hot at your next function. We’ll do all the work for you – no set up, no preparation, no serving, no cleaning up. You can relax and enjoy yourself or concentrate on the event.

We only require power so we can operate indoors or out! We are self sufficient with our own refrigeration, garbage and washing. We provide uniformed & experienced staff, benches, machines, shade cover, cups, sugar, milk & cafe style food.

Café WerX are as passionate about great service as we are about our great coffee.

We charge café standard rates per cup and provide café quality cappuccino, latte, short and long black, flat white, mocha, iced coffee and hot chocolate plus more! We can tailor to your specific requirements. Your proven fund raising organisation will receive a % per cup back, or for non fund raising event you can hire us (machinery, barista, assistants) per hour plus the cost of the products used.

Coffees are served in regular (250 ml or 8 oz cup) with lid. Customers have a choice of regular or decaf coffee as well as full cream or skinny milk. Our mobile café will keep every one content with our fresh quality espresso coffee and range of muffins and cookies. Cold drinks include, waters, juices, cans and bottles all supplied at or below cafe prices.
